Our Refund Policy

At London Logo Designers, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding logo design, website design, website development, and branding services to our esteemed clients in London. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refund requests concerning our services.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

a) The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase or project start date, whichever occurs earlier.

b) The request should be made in writing through email or our designated support channel to our customer support team.

c) The client must provide valid reasons for the refund request, including dissatisfaction with the delivered work or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services are non-refundable. These services include, but are not limited to:

 

a) Approved and accepted completed work.

b) Customized design or development work tailored specifically to the client’s requirements and cannot be resold or reused.

c) Services that have already been initiated or completed, such as domain registration, hosting, or third-party services.

 

Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, our customer support team will thoroughly review the details and assess the eligibility for a refund. In some cases, we may require additional information or clarification to better understand the concerns raised. The decision to approve or deny a refund rests solely with London Logo Designers.

 

If a refund is approved, the following process will be followed:

 

a) For logo design, website design, or branding services: A partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the work completed and the client’s dissatisfaction. The refunded amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

b) For website development services: A partial refund may be issued based on the stage of the project and the client’s dissatisfaction. Any completed work or third-party costs incurred during the development process will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refund Disbursement

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the payment provider and their policies, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to the client’s account.

 

Dispute Resolution

We aim to promptly and professionally address any issues or concerns raised by our clients. If a client is dissatisfied with the refund decision or wishes to dispute it, they can request a further review by contacting our customer support team. We will carefully reassess the case and make a final determination.

 

Modifications to the Refund Policy

London Logo Designers reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy without prior notice. Any changes made will be immediately effective for all new and existing clients. Clients are responsible for periodically reviewing this policy to stay informed about any updates.
