By using London Logo Designers and/or signing up as a Client, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, including any that are incorporated by reference.
Carefully read these words. If you don’t accept these Terms & Conditions, you can’t use London Logo Designers. You must read our conditions and agree to them before placing an order with London Logo Designers. By amending this posting, London Logo Designers may make changes to these terms and conditions.
You need to frequently check this page because the Terms and Conditions are legally obligatory. The term “Web Site” and/or “Service” in these terms and conditions refers to all services offered by and related to London Logo Designers as well as all text, graphics, photos, user interface, “look” and “feel,” data, and other content that may from time to time be included at https://www.londonlogodesigners.co.uk/, including the choice, coordination, and arrangement of such content.
You acknowledge and agree that London Logo Designers shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any project and/or user-provided content that is objectionable or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including projects or content that is unlawful, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial, or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others. We alert the authorities to illicit activity.
London Logo Designers has your consent. If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms and Conditions; (c) address claims that any content infringes upon the rights of third parties; (d) attend to your customer service requests; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of London Logo Designers, its affiliates, or users of the service.
Our Services:
(a) An explanation. London Logo Designers Service is an online platform where clients (each, a “Client”) can post specific assignments and project descriptions, along with illustrative samples or other media (each, a “Creative Brief”), revise those Creative Briefs (each, a “Revision Brief”), and get responses (each, a “Response”) from design experts London Logo Designers has hired (collectively, “Members”). The service will be provided by London Logo Designers in accordance with the package you choose in section 1(e). Your responses will match your creative and revision briefs through a cycle of creative briefs, revision briefs, and responses.
brief and responses for originality. You must create and publish your creative briefs to the website, complete with samples and deadlines. The terms and conditions you specify for the Creative or Revision Brief will be included on a term sheet (a “Term Sheet”) that will be generated for each response to a Creative Brief you request.
It is optional for London Logo Designers to review Creative or Revision Briefs or Term Sheets for precision, thoroughness, quality, or clarity. A Creative, Revision, or Term Sheet may be rejected by London Logo Designers at its discretion.
Examining the Responses
Examine the reply from London Logo Designers. If you don’t immediately inform London Logo Designers that the response isn’t fairly responsive to the related Term Sheet or Creative Brief, it will be assumed that you’ve accepted it. You must submit a Revision Brief to the website with details on revisions to the first response if you alert London Logo Designers that a Response needs to be more reasonably responsive to the attached Creative Brief.
London Logo Designers will provide a Response after receiving a Revision Brief that satisfies your additional requirements. For responses that adhere to the creative or revision briefs, London Logo Designers is not responsible.
Cycles of revision. Infinite compositions with the modifications you request in a Revision Brief are included in revision cycles. Your project will move in the direction you wish thanks to revisions. In the first and second cycles, you can make significant changes, and the responses might be very different from the blend you chose.
Your third revision request must only change the composition as it is right now. For each revision that differs from the current composition, London Logo Designers is authorised to charge $50. Your permission is required for revision work.
Boxes (e). packages available for creating logos include startup, classic, premium, and unlimited options.
Accounts for Clients: Registration for the service requires the use of a credit card or another form of payment that has been approved by London Logo Designers. You’ll be charged for your package and any add-ons. You must provide a valid credit card number and billing address when signing up as a client. Transaction receipts will be emailed by London Logo Designers.
London Logo Designers reserves the right to modify its client price schedule at any moment. However, projects submitted before the change will not be subject to any increased fees.
Login ID and password
You establish a user identity (your “User Identity”) when you register as a Client and use it to interact with the Web Site. Your user identity includes your industry. Your real name does not have to be your username. During registration, your User Identity fields are determined. You must be alright with users of the website accessing this information.
Access codes, passwords, and passwords. You must abide by these Terms and Conditions and maintain the confidentiality of your Web Site User Identity, registration identifier, and password. You must notify London Logo Designers right away if you suspect a loss or theft of your user identification, registration identity, password, or any unauthorised use of the website. In the event that you misplace, lose, or use the site, London Logo Designers may demand further security measures.
Breaches of Security
You must make every attempt to determine the source and method of acquisition and promptly and completely notify London Logo Designers. In addition, you must aid and cooperate with an investigation into such unauthorised access.
Ownership:
Briefs for Ideas and Responses: Your Creative or Response Brief, along with any other information or media you provided in conjunction with your use of the service (collectively, the “Client Information”), will be used by London Logo Designers and its representatives to solicit Responses and for archiving purposes. Each Member who receives your proposal has the ability to review and present the relevant Term Sheet in order to formulate a response.
Rights of London Logo Designers: You grant London Logo Designers a right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display (in whole or in part), and/or incorporate in other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, after submitting Client Information to the service. This licence includes any moral rights.
Customer Rights: If you adhere to these Terms and Conditions, London Logo Designers will provide you with the Response composition. (The “Final Product”). Any materials, media, or other content produced during the revision cycles leading up to the Final Product remain the sole property of London Logo Designers. You give London Logo Designers the right to use the Creative and Revision Briefs, specific responses you gave, and Final Product for internal and archival purposes as well as to exhibit and advertise the London Logo Designers Service across the world. All non-customized artwork and content is owned by London Logo Designers.
Data Security:
London Logo Designers intends to follow its privacy policy with commercially reasonable efforts, while London Logo Designers has the right to change it at any time. Any information you or any other person provide to the website, as well as any information used improperly or accessed by a hacker or other malicious party, are not the responsibility or duty of London Logo Designers.
Service, Usage, and Accessibility:
Qualifications (a). Customers must be at least 18 years old, accept these T&Cs, and the privacy statement of London Logo Designers before completing the registration procedure. By signing up as a client, you represent that you are eligible, that the data you give is correct and complete, and that you have the authority to bind the organisation to these terms and conditions. Registrations may be accepted or rejected at London Logo Designers’ discretion.
(c) Authorization; allowed uses. Only in line with these Terms and Conditions and any other policies and procedures noted on the Web Site are you permitted to use the service. Only Clients are able to send and receive Creative Briefs and Responses. Your own duty includes the Web site. You may under these Terms & Conditions
(i) show the website on a computer with an internet connection.
Unauthorised Uses. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, you may not display or print the Web Site or broadcast, circulate, distribute, download, perform, publish, rent, reproduce, sell, store, transmit, or create ornamental works from it. Additionally, by using the service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, web site restrictions, and guidelines, including export controls. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree to refrain from sending, disseminating, posting, communicating, or maintaining any information or other materials on, to, or through the website.
divulging trade secrets without having them;
(ii) infringes the statutory, private, commercial, or intellectual property rights of others;
(iii) is insulting, defamatory, obscene, harassing, abusive, intolerant, or embarrassing;
reveals itself;
(v) encourages pyramid schemes, business, or chain letters;
(vi) contains computer programming routines or engines that harm, interfere with, intercept, or steal any system, data, or information. These include Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, and Trojan horses. Likewise, you consent to
(a) employ biographical or other client registration information that is insufficient, false, or erroneous;
(b) remove or modify any content submitted by a London Logo Designers user;
(c) overburden the infrastructure of the Website;
(d) utilise any tool, software programme, or procedure to obstruct the Service’s or Web Site’s normal functions;
(e) utilise or attempt to utilise any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) other than the search engine and search agents provided by London Logo Designers on the website and generally accessible third-party web browsers (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator) to navigate or search the Web Site; or
(f) reverse-engineer, decrypt, decompile, disassemble, or analyse any software used on a website. website protection. You are forbidden from breaching or attempting to breach the security of the Web Site. This includes, but is not limited to, (i) accessing information not meant for you or signing into a server or account that you are not authorised to access; (ii) trying to probe, scan, or test the weakness of a system or network; (iii) breaching security or authentication measures without the necessary authorization; and (iii) trying to interfere with service to any user, host, or network.
(iv) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any element of the header information in any service-generated email or posting; (v) sending unsolicited emails to Web Site users, including marketing and/or advertising of products or services. Security lapses in systems or networks may give rise to civil or criminal liability. London Logo Designers will look into these offences and work with law enforcement to hold offenders accountable. In its sole discretion, London Logo Designers reserves the right to review postings on the Web Site, delete any postings, and revoke your access to contact or post to the Web Site whenever it chooses. However, London Logo Designers reserves the right to disclose any information as necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. London Logo Designers also reserves the right to edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part.
Website Functionality: London Logo Designers is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or faults on the website. London Logo Designers reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions, or delays. The Web Site and Service shall be made accessible by London Logo Designers using commercially reasonable efforts, but this is not a given. There could be a delay due to server and telecom issues. The Web Site may be discontinued at any time, as well as the transmission methods, rates of transmission, and other signal characteristics. This is necessary for our affordable costs. You can always unsubscribe from our mailings. Although London Logo Designers may use a third party to send emails to you or contact you in other ways, it will never share your personal information in a way that violates its privacy policy.
Disclaimers; Indemnification; and Limitations of Liability
Responsibility for Content: For usage of the website or services, London Logo Designers is not responsible. The truthfulness, accuracy, or dependability of any information or other material (including, without limitation, any Creative Brief, Term Sheet, Response, or User Identity) communicated through, or posted to, the service, whether by Members, Clients, London Logo Designers, or other third parties, is not guaranteed and London Logo Designers makes no representations, warranties, or covenants regarding it.
It also does not support any opinions expressed. The validity of any rights to Responses granted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions is not guaranteed by London Logo Designers. You acknowledge that any reliance on information or other material transmitted over the service or submitted to the Web Site, including information on a Package, project, Term Sheet, response, or User Identity, is at your own risk. Without limiting the aforementioned, you acknowledge and accept that you use each response at your own risk and are in charge of making any logical decisions regarding whether or not your use of a Response will violate any legal or third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
London Logo Designers is not responsible for images that aren’t royalty-free.
All rights to use photographs, illustrations, graphics, icons, logos, and designs must be purchased by London Logo Designers’ clients. websites, website templates, business cards, postcards, stationery, signs, animations, slogans, flyers, banners, stickers, promotional items, and desktop backgrounds.
For non-delivery, London Logo Designers offers a 100% refund. Refunds aren’t offered in the following circumstances:
- If the client has received the order after more than 30 days in production.
- If the client requests a second revision.
- If the customer decides they no longer want the service they previously purchased.
- If the client does not respond to a project (or a portion of it) within seven days.
